Returns & Replacements

We accept returns or replacements if:

• The product is damaged or defective

• The wrong item was shipped to you

• The product is missing parts or pages

If you face any of the above issues, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll make it right — either by sending a replacement or offering a full refund.

📦 How to Request a Return:

1. Email us at deeprootsscare@gmail.com with:

   • Your order number

   • Photos of the product (if damaged/defective)

   • A short description of the issue

2. Our team will get back to you within 24-48 hours with the next steps.

What’s Not Eligible for Return:

• Used or personalized items

• Products returned without original packaging

• Requests made after 7 days of delivery

• Orders placed by mistake

💸 Refunds:

Once approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
